What activities can affect my reward eligibility?
The following activities may result in points not being credited, loss of reward eligibility, or account restrictions:
1) Resetting your Device ID
Resetting your Device ID to replay games or restart offers is prohibited.
2) Using cheats or cheating software
Using cheats, mods, scripts, or cheating software to complete game levels or tasks goes against our Terms of Service.
3) Using auto clickers
Auto clickers, automation tools, or similar software must not be used while completing offers, surveys, games, or tasks.
4) Turning off your internet connection
Disabling your internet connection to skip ads or manipulate offer progress may result in account restrictions or loss of reward eligibility.
5) Using a VPN
Playing games, completing offers, or using the app through a VPN outside your assigned region goes against our reward guidelines.
6) Using secure folders
Secure folders, such as KNOX, must not be used to reset your account, redownload apps, or manipulate offer progress.
7) Creating multiple accounts
Each user and household is allowed only one account.
What happens if fraudulent activity is detected?
If our system detects fraudulent or suspicious activity, you may not get points from offers. Our team may also take any necessary action to protect the platform and other users.
