Opening the app or game without going through Try Rewards can prevent tracking.
Device or connection issues
Tracking may fail if:
A VPN or proxy is active
Internet connection is unstable
The app was reinstalled during the offer
Multiple devices were used
The offer was already installed before starting
Previously installed apps or games may not be eligible for tracking.
