If your offer is not showing progress or rewards are not being recorded, it usually means the tracking did not start or was interrupted during completion.

Common Reasons Why Offers Do Not Track

The offer was not started correctly

The offer must be opened and started directly through the Try Rewards app.

Tracking permissions were not allowed

If tracking or permission prompts were denied, the offer may not record your progress.

The offer was completed outside the app

Opening the app or game without going through Try Rewards can prevent tracking.

Device or connection issues

Tracking may fail if:

  • A VPN or proxy is active

  • Internet connection is unstable

  • The app was reinstalled during the offer

  • Multiple devices were used

The offer was already installed before starting

Previously installed apps or games may not be eligible for tracking.

What You Should Do

  1. Make sure the offer was started directly from Try Rewards.

  2. Check that all tracking permissions were allowed.
