If the Play button is locked, it means the game has not been successfully validated yet or you are not currently eligible to start the offer.
In most cases, this happens when the app or game has not been properly installed and recognized by Try Rewards.

The game has not been successfully installed
The system may not have detected a valid installation yet.
The installation was not properly tracked
This can happen if:
The app was not installed through Try Rewards
The app was opened too quickly before tracking was completed
Installation validation has not yet finished
The offer is not yet eligible
Some offers require proper validation before the Play button becomes active.
What You Should Do
Please follow these steps carefully:
Delete the app or game from your device.
Reinstall the app or game.
Open the app and keep it running for about 2 minutes.
Close the app and return to Try Rewards.
Check if the app has been successfully validated.
Important Note
If the app is not validated, you will not be able to continue or earn rewards from that offer.
To ensure tracking works properly:
Always install the app directly through Try Rewards
Do not open the app before installation is fully complete
Make sure the app stays open for a short time after first launch
