Overview
Your offer status helps you understand the current progress of an offer and whether the reward has been approved.
You can check your offer status from the offer page in the Tyr Rewards app.
In Progress
An In Progress status means the offer or event has not been completed yet.
This status appears when:
You have started the offer
The offer is actively being tracked
The required milestone or goal has not yet been reached
If your offer shows In Progress, continue completing the requirements listed in the offer until the required milestone is achieved.
Completed
A Completed status means you successfully met the offer requirements and the completion was approved.
If your offer is marked as Completed:
The required task or milestone has been verified
The reward has been approved
No further action is needed
Rejected
A Rejected status means the offer completion could not be approved.
This does not always mean that you did something wrong. It means the system could not verify that the offer requirements were completed under the required conditions.
Common reasons for rejection include:
The app or game was installed before starting the offer through Tyr Rewards
Tracking permissions were not enabled
The offer requirements were not fully completed
The offer was completed on a different device
The offer did not track correctly
The app or game was not installed through the Tyr Rewards offer link
What Should I Do If My Offer Is Rejected?
Before contacting support, review the offer requirements and make sure they were completed correctly.
If you believe your offer was rejected by mistake, submit a ticket and include:
The offer name
Screenshots showing your progress or completed milestone
Any additional information that may help our team review the issue
Important Notes
Offer statuses are updated automatically based on tracking and verification data.
Not all rejected offers can be reversed.
Following the offer instructions carefully helps prevent tracking and reward issues.
