Offers in Try Rewards are linked to the device where they were originally started. This helps ensure that offer progress and rewards are tracked accurately.
If you switch to a new device, reinstall the app, or reset your device, your active offers may not be available on the new device.
Why Does This Happen?
When you start an offer, Try Rewards creates a tracking connection between the offer and your device.
Because of this, offer progress is associated with the original device and cannot always be transferred to another device.
What If I Get A New Phone?
If you get a new phone, you can still continue your active offers on the original device where they were started, provided the offer is still active.
However, your active offers may not appear or continue tracking correctly on the new device.
Can I Continue Earning Rewards?
Yes. As long as you continue completing the offer on the original device where it was first started, your progress can still be tracked.
