I Detected a VPN and Can’t Access the App, But I Didn’t Use One. What Should I Do?

If you're unable to access the app due to a VPN detection, follow these steps to check for an active VPN on your device:

  1. Check for Active VPN

    • Go to Settings.

    • Navigate to Network & Internet.

    • Look for VPN. It should display (None) if no VPN is active.

  2. Check Your Wi-Fi Connection
    If you still can’t access the app, the issue might be with your Wi-Fi connection. Ensure that your Wi-Fi is not for corporate use, as it may have a built-in VPN.

  3. Try Different Connections

    • Switch to mobile data to see if the app works.

    • Alternatively, connect to a different Wi-Fi network.
