If your game download didn’t register on Tyr Rewards, it may be because the game developer’s system recognized your device as having played the game before — even if it was uninstalled or linked to another account.

The system tracks your device activity, and if the game was previously installed or played, it may not qualify for a reward right away.


What You Can Do:

  • Wait 90 Days: You’ll need to wait 90 days before trying to download and activate the same game again through Tyr Rewards.

  • Try a Different Game: For now, we recommend choosing a different game that you haven’t played on your device before. This will help ensure your activity is tracked correctly and eligible for rewards.

Follow this few steps to avoid download failure and make sure you'll get your points.

  1. Make sure you select Google Play Store to download the game.

  2. Download right away after you click "Confirm" button.

  3. After the download complete, open the game from Google Play Store.

Note: If the download failed, do not continue to play!


Before Trying Again, Follow These Tips:

  1. Clear the cache or memory by following the provided video guide.

  2. After clearing the cache, redownload the game through the Tyr Rewards app
