Why Can't I Cash Out My Rewards?

Overview

If you cannot redeem your rewards, it is usually because your account has not met the redemption requirements yet, your reward is still being processed, or your payout was canceled.

Common Reasons

1. Not Enough Points

Note: New users who received the $5 sign up bonus need to earn at least $20 in order to cash out.

The current conversion rate is $1 = 100,000 points. Each withdrawal transaction also has a corresponding service fee.

If you do not see a full neon icon, continue earning more points until you see the Cashout $ Now message in the Redeem section of the app.

2. Reward Is Delayed

If you received the following email:


This means that your payout is still under review. Please allow up to 24 hours for your rewards to be processed.

3. Reward Was Canceled

If your reward was canceled, please contact our Support Team.
