Overview
To cash out your rewards, you first need to verify your account. This process is required to help keep our platform safe and reliable. It allows us to protect accounts by detecting potential fraud, preventing duplicate registrations, and reducing unauthorized activity.
Steps
1. Open the app and go to the Redeem section.
2. Select your preferred reward (there are variety of choices like Paypal, Bank Transfer, Visa, Venmo, Cash App or Gift Cards)
3. Once you have made your choice, look for the full neon green icon that says Cashout $ Now.
4. You will be asked to Verify your ID. Click on Verify Now.
5. You will be redirected to the Verisoul page (our verification partner) to start the process. You must agree to Verisoul's Terms, Privacy and Biometric Policy to get started.
6. You must allow Verisoul to access your camera in order to continue.
7. You will be asked to do a selfie. Follow the prompts that you see on the screen (e.g. Move Away, Hold Steady and Move Closer)
8. If successful, you will get a confirmation that the face scan has been completed.
9. After the selfie, the next step would be to scan your document/identification.
10. You will be asked to take a screenshot of your front and back ID.
11. After showing the front and back ID, you will get confirmation that the photo ID scan is complete.
12. The system will now start to process the selfie and document that you submitted. Closing the window too early may interrupt the verification.
13. If everything went well, you will be redirected back to the Try Rewards app with a notification that the verification process is successful.
