How To Submit A Ticket

  1. Open the Try Rewards app.

  2. On the Offer Details, go to the Need Help? section.

  3. Select the issue category related to your concern.

  4. Attach screenshots or any required details.

  5. Submit your ticket.

What Information Should I Include?

To help us review your concern faster, include:

  • Your account email or user ID

  • Screenshot

Before Submitting A Ticket
