Is There A Charge When I Redeem My Rewards?

Some reward options in Try Rewards may include processing fees depending on the payment method or reward type.
Before you confirm your redemption, Try Rewards will show the amount you need, including any applicable fees.
How To Check The Fee Before Redeeming
Before submitting your redemption request:
Open the Redeem section.
Select the reward you want.
Review the redemption details shown on the screen.
Check the total amount required, including any applicable fees.
Fees by Reward Type
PayPal, Venmo, ACH, and Instant Debit Transfers
A 4% fee is applied to each reward sent using these payment methods
Minimum fee: $0.25 per transaction
This fee applies only if enabled in your campaign
Physical Visa Cards
A $2 fee per card is applied
Bulk Visa orders may include an additional $15 shipping fee for expedited shipping
Credit Card Payments
A non-refundable 3% processing fee applies when using a credit card
Alternative methods such as pre-funding or bank transfers are fee-free
Important Notes
Fees depend on the reward type and payment method
The final amount, including fees, is displayed before you complete your redemption
Fees do not reduce the value of your digital rewards
