I Didn’t Receive My Points — What Should I Do?

If you completed an offer, task, or event but haven't received your points yet, don't worry. In most cases, rewards need time to be tracked and verified before they can be credited to your account.

Why Haven't I Received My Points?

There are a few common reasons why points may not appear right away:

  • The reward is still being processed.

  • The offer requirements have not been fully completed.

  • Tracking was interrupted during completion.

  • The advertiser has not yet confirmed the completion.

What Should I Do?

  1. Review the offer details and make sure all requirements were completed exactly as described.

  2. Check whether the reward is marked as Pending in your activity or rewards history.

  3. Allow the processing time listed in the offer details.

  4. If the processing period has passed and your points still haven't been credited, contact support for assistance.
