Android users
Our Support Team is unable to change email address linked to Android accounts.
When signing up, ensure to use the correct email address for your account. This would avoid possible login and reward issues.
iOS users
Note: Email address changes are only available for iOS users who will withdraw for the first time. This can only be done once.
Before requesting an email address change, your account should have already been verified.
If you satisfy the requirements, please contact our Support Team and provide the following information:
Your User ID
Email Address linked to your account
Your payout email address
