Overview
Your account may be disabled if our system detects activity that does not follow our platform rules or Terms of Service. This helps us keep the platform fair and secure for everyone.
Common reasons an account may be disabled:
VPN or proxy use: Using a VPN, proxy server, iCloud Private Relay, or similar tools to hide or change your location may affect account access.
Multiple accounts or household restrictions: Only one account is supported per person and per household. Creating a new account after being banned or after deleting a previous account may also lead to account issues.
Suspicious or fraudulent activity: Activity that appears unusually fast, inconsistent, or irregular may trigger our anti-fraud checks.
Failed or questionable verification: This includes submitting invalid IDs, providing inconsistent information, using another person’s ID, or trying to verify again after a previous failed attempt.
Use of bots or automation: Using bots, scripts, spiders, or other automated tools is prohibited.
Non-personal use: The platform is intended for personal use only. Business or commercial use may affect account eligibility.
How to avoid account issues:
Follow our Terms of Service
Avoid tools or settings that hide your real location
Make sure your account information and verification details are accurate
If you believe your account was disabled by mistake, please contact our Support Team to submit an appeal.
