Why was My ID Rejected During Verification?
Updated over 4 months ago

There are several reasons why your ID may have been rejected during the verification process. Some common reasons include:

  • Poor Image Quality: If the image of your ID is blurry, too dark, or poorly lit, our system may not be able to verify it properly. Ensure the document is clearly visible and all text and details are legible.

  • Expired ID: If your ID is expired or invalid, it will be rejected. Make sure the ID you upload is current and valid.

  • Incorrect Document Type: If the document you uploaded is not an accepted form of ID (e.g., a non-government-issued document), it may be rejected. Ensure you are uploading a valid ID such as passport, driver's license, or government-issued ID.

  • Mismatch of Information: If the details on your ID (such as name, or address) do not match the information in our system, it may lead to a rejection. Double - check that all the information you provided is accurate and up to date.

  • Cropping of Editing issues: If the document is cropped too tightly or edited in any way, it may be flagged as altered. Submit and unmodified, full view of your ID.

  • Incorrect Upload: If you uploaded the wrong document (e.g., a selfie instead of an ID), it will be rejected. Make sure you're uploading the correct file as per the instructions.

If your ID was rejected, you can try uploading a clearer, updated version of your document, or contact support team at [email protected] for further guidance.
