Please follow the steps below to submit your missing points claim:
Open the App
Go to the "Help section" within the specific offer
Click on "I didn’t receive my points"
Select the event or task for which you didn’t receive points
Provide the following details:
Gameplayer ID (your in-game ID).
Screenshots of events showing that you have reached the required level or completed the task.
If applicable, include your order ID and a screenshot of the purchase if the issue is related to a purchase.
Once you have submitted the claim, please inform the Tyr Rewards Support for review.
📝 You are allowed to report up to 3 tickets. Submitting more than 3 may result in rejection.
