The download may have failed because the system tracks whether you've played the game before. If you have previously played the game, it cannot be activated through Tyr Rewards immediately. You'll need to wait for 90 days before attempting to download and activate it again.
For now, you can try downloading other games that you haven't played before.
Follow this few steps to avoid download failure and make sure you'll get your points.
Make sure you select Google Play Store to download the game.
Download right away after you click "Confirm" button.
After the download complete, open the game from Google Play Store.
Note: If the download failed, do not continue to play!
