How Do I Delete My Account?

If you no longer want to use Try Rewards, you can request to have your account deleted.

Once a user's account has been confirmed deleted. they will not be able to create or use another account.

1. Contact our Support Team.
2. Once you reach our automated system, choose the following workflow:

a. My Account

b. Account Deletion

c. I want to Delete My Account

d. Yes, please delete my account.

3. While waiting for our team, state in your message why you want to have your account deleted.
