What Is A Screen-Out?

Written by Princess

Overview

Sometimes, the system will stop you from answering a survey before you finish it. This is called being screened out. It can happen when the survey provider determines that you are not the right match for that survey.

Why This Happens?

You may be screened out for several reasons, such as:

  • Your answers do not match the audience the survey is looking for

  • The respondents to the survey need a different age group, location, interest, or background

To improve your chances of completing surveys:

  1. Answer carefully and honestly
Make sure your responses are accurate, truthful, and consistent.

  2. Read each question before answering
Some surveys include quality-check questions to confirm that users are paying attention.

Tip

  • If you got screened out on a survey, you can still try other available surveys.
