Click on “Invite” in the bottom menu and scroll to the bottom of the page.

Click on the Instagram icon to open the options menu.

Choose from your recent contacts or click on "Direct" to go directly into the application.

Choose the person to send and voilá, an automatic message with your link will be sent.
