If you completed an event and did not receive the points and a check mark is not displayed, please follow these instructions:

  • Go to your active offers and open the offer where you are having problems

  • Click on the help icon in the upper right-hand side.

  • Select the tasks you performed and where you did not receive the points and click on "Send"

And that's it, our support team will be checking it manually in the next 48 hours.
