Follow these steps to check if there is an active VPN on your device:

Go to settings -> Network & internet -> VPN(None)

If you still cannot enter the app, there might be an issue with your Wi-Fi. Please ensure that your Wi-Fi is not for corporate use, as there might be a VPN inside the Wi-Fi.

You can also try using your mobile data or another Wi-Fi network
