This is a new addition to our app where users get to win a grand jackpot by spinning the wheel.
How This Feature Works:
Collect weekly loot boxes: They are granted automatically based on your VIP level.
Earn tickets: We have two types of tickets - regular and golden tickets. Regular tickets can be earned by completing normal tasks (the task should pay above $0.1), and golden tickets can be earned by making in-app purchases on the offer you play.
Open and spin: Spend 1 ticket to open 1 loot box of the matching type. For example, a regular ticket can only be used to open a regular loot box, and a golden ticket can only be used to open a golden loot box.
Note: Game offers that provide tickets feature a badge. Offers with a green badge reward regular tickets, while gold-badged offers grant golden tickets.
I finished a task but didn’t get a ticket. Why?
Tickets are only awarded when the game has a ticket badge and the completed task is worth more than $0.10 (10,000 points). If either of these conditions is not met, you won’t receive a ticket.
I have tickets, but I can’t spin. Why?
Tickets can only be used when you have a matching loot-box available. If you’ve already used all of your weekly loot-boxes for that type, you won’t be able to use your tickets until the loot-boxes reset. Loot-boxes reset weekly, and higher VIP levels receive more loot-boxes per week.
I have loot-boxes, but I can’t open them. Why?
You need a matching ticket to open a loot-box. Please check the Offers page for games with the ticket badge that matches the type of loot-box you’re trying to open.
Why can’t my Regular Ticket open a Golden Loot-box?
Tickets and loot-boxes must be the same type. A Regular Ticket can only be used for a Regular Loot-box. To open a Golden Loot-box, you’ll need a Golden Ticket.
I bought something but didn’t receive a Golden Ticket. Why?
Please check whether you’ve already reached the daily or total purchase limit for that game. If you’ve reached the applicable purchase limit, the purchase may not qualify for another Golden Ticket. Also, make sure the purchase was made in a game displaying the Golden TRY badge.
I reached Rookie but didn’t receive an extra Golden Loot-box. Why?
Reaching Rookie does not increase the weekly Golden Lootbox allowance. Both Non-VIP and Rookie receive 1 Golden Lootbox per week. The Regular Lootbox allowance increases from 1 to 3, while the Golden Lootbox allowance increases starting from Lucky.
How do I get more spins?
To get more spins, you’ll need more loot-boxes and tickets. You can increase your VIP level by feeding the piggy or completing Unlock Challenges, which can give you more weekly lootboxes. You can also keep earning tickets by completing tasks in games with ticket badges.
Did I win the jackpot?
The jackpot is awarded through a Golden Lootbox spin, with one winner selected. If you received the jackpot, it will be reflected in your rewards.
Which games give tickets?
You can earn tickets from games on the Offers page that display a TRY ticket badge. Cyan badges indicate Regular Tickets, while golden badges indicate Golden Tickets.
